At the Festival Gilli is part of the film board and programming committee and director of special projects. Gilli was an artistic adviser to the Israel Film Fund and is a member of the European Film Academy .

		Dalia Karpel Director and screenplay writer for documentary films, journalist for "Haaretz". Partial filmography: The Unknown Pioneer, Rafi 93, Emile Habibi: I Stayed in Haifa, Lahola, The Diaries of Yossef Nachmani. Graduated from the Tel Aviv University with a degree in Film and Television Studies.
